1. Delivery Timeline
Standard Products: Dispatched within 7 business days from the date of full payment.

In case of Customized/Made-to-Order Products: Dispatched within 14 to 15 business days, depending on design and manufacturing requirements.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, transport availability, or unforeseen events. We will keep you informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Details
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and product size/weight. Free shipping may apply to select products or order values, as specified.

Delivery Locations: We deliver across India. For deliveries to remote areas or international locations, please contact our team in advance.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

3. Installation Terms
Our products are categorized into two types based on installation requirements:

a) Pre-Assembled Products
These products come fully assembled or partially assembled and require minimal setup.

No additional installation is required at the customer’s end.

b) DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Products
These products are designed for easy self-assembly.

All necessary hardware, fittings, and installation guides/manuals will be provided in the package.

Customers are responsible for proper assembly. In case of any queries, our customer support team is available for guidance.

c) Professional Installation (if applicable)
For select products or large installations (e.g., supermarket racks, warehouse shelving), on-site professional installation services can be arranged at an additional cost.

Installation charges, scope, and timelines will be discussed and confirmed prior to delivery.

Customers must ensure clear site access and necessary permissions for smooth installation.

4. Important Notes
It is the customer’s responsibility to check product dimensions and ensure the product can be safely delivered and installed at the site.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your products at the time of delivery.

Report any damages, defects, or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, claims may not be entertained.
